Jack L. This is totally up to the girl. You cant be calling them names for wanting to change the way they look. Maybe they just want to do it, just to do it and make themselves feel more confident in themselves.

NOT True! Dairy is not even truly meant to be consumed. better options are almond and/or casbre milk. They have yogurt,ice cream etc. Far better for you and .uch easier to digest.

Squats make smaller thighs and helps shape your booty to make it bigger...I'd know because I do squats daily...do lunges also.

my thighs &butte got thicker through weights with my squats &lunges. Also doing floor exercises with ankle weights..

Nope do as much as you can till your thighs pain and you can't do anymore. Then you building muscle.

The correct way is eating protein foods after workout focusing those areas and some hours before sleep😉..as for me I noticed drinking cola did it.and just do squats to firm it.but I would not advise you this:p

Just you exercises that focus that specific area, and always do a little bit cardio because it always comes in handy. Plus you can switch 2 protein diet or just buy some protein shakes for the morning or after your workout. I think that should be enough as long as you're always consistent and don't cheat your workouts. Keep up the good work

Remember that the butt is a muscle. It must rest. If you overwork it could get smaller. Squat lunge and other exercises should be done every other day.

You cannot target a specific area to gain fat in, just as you can't lose fat in certain areas. But as others have said, you can bulk up those areas with exercise.
