So im someone who always open the fridge looking for something to munch but everything is either fattening or unhealthy so everyone who reads this, spam me with all your ideas for best and healthy snacks! :D

Nuts are great snack and great sores of protein. Also try cutting some veggie sticks so when you open fridge they are there all ready.

There's a few good ones. My favs are Brazil nuts, almonds, pecans and walnuts. Raw is best. Such a yummy snack

Apples. Contain 98% water. Healthy and will fill u up
