Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had any good breakfast ideas? I tend to lack of imagination when it comes to breakfast and end up eating cornflakes with milk so all ideas are welcomed

Green smoothie ! Firstly I thought it must be disgusting but it is relly yummy! For example kiwi + apple + banana= my favorite for breakfast :) check on the net other great recipes :) and enjoy ;)

I think u should download "whole foods" it's a great free app that has A lot of healthy ideas for breakfast or lunch

My favourite breakfast is 3 eggs scrambled with a few thin slices Of lean meat and semi cooked tomato. I have it with tea

When im on rush i get 2 boiled eggs, oatmeal + honey, and a cup of juice. Finally fruit on the go
