What are the foods to have for breakfast that is filling and will last until lunch?

1 cup of cornflakes and1cup of milk when I'm in a hurry 😊 otherwise egg

Cheerios with nonfat milk. A slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter.

Is this breakfast really "good" like in I-want-to-be-fit good?? I heard I have to give up carbs completely!

I either make myself a veggie juice (with beets, carrots, kale, apple, celery, cabbage, and bell pepper) or I have fruit (like mangos and papyas) with a protein shake.

Lucky charms cereal, eating it as we speak. Usually it's honey bunches of oats, Cheerios, or chex with a banana and strawberries. I think adding fruit and maybe a drink will help get you thru to lunch.

l ❤ oats...i do differnt recipes from time 2 time..2day i made it like this:
1/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cups water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp flaxseed
pinch of salt
cooked the above, then add to it a 1/3cup mixed friut(blueberrie,peach,apple,banana,mango) & a 1/4 cup of coconut milk with a cup of fresh black coffee☕..mmmm..it was epic👌

I always have cereal anywhere between 6:30 and 7:00 then have a snack at 11:00 and eat lunch at 1:25

I never make it to lunch without a snack. But for breskfast i cook 2 eggs and make a sandwich with some kind of fruite. Pluse some milk. Ususlly about 2 hours later i have some cottage cheese with peaches. Then lunch lol!
