12 oz brocolli slaw
3/4 pound meaty fish/turkey/chicken cubed
3 TB Peach yogurt
3 TB mango chuntney
1 large mango cubed
Add raisins cranberries and nuts or seed. This is great over lettuce. B sure to let it sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes. And eat within 2 days for best flavor. Its on of my favs tho!!
Waking up every morning
I drink 2 full glasses of water and 2 pieces of banana
Wait until i have to go to the bathroom and i come out light and relaxed
I still do this today for almost 12 yrs now
It always makes me feel clean and filtered by all bad things i ate the last day
For breakfast I gave the the kids doughnuts and a banana.
I had a slim fast shake.
For lunch I made the kids a chessy papa johns pizza.
I had a slim fast shake, half a cup cottage cheese, and 3 slices pineapple.
Dinner had a skinless charcoal grilled chicken thigh.
1/2 cup teriyaki rice a roni
1 cup of Dole salad endless summer
And a cup of wine

Made the cobbler. Kids loved it, but they had ice cream with it. It showed 182 calories per serving. I had 1/4 cup. Yum.
