I decided to change the Thread title to "Heathly Eating Habits" since there weren't really any Salad recipes being shared. Figured for those who wanted to share their meals this would be a good thread to help us stay on track or motivate others. SOOOO What are you eating Today!?!?!?

Road Warriors Breakfast (pic in profile):
1. Oatmeal (added raisins and a little brown sugar)
2. Hash browns
3. Plate of fruit ( Cantaloupe, Pineapple, Strawberries, and green melon)
4. Glass of Tomato Juice

What's on your plate today?

One cup Greek vanilla yogurt and a half a cup of low fat cottage cheese. There's about 180 cal and 26 grams of protein. It also process slower so it keeps your metabolism going and you stay full longer.

Mixed a bag of spinach, dole veggie salad, precut coleslaw mix(its just fresh thin cut broccoli carrots cabbage.. No icky sauce) mix it all up for the next few days..
Took 2 hand fulls of the lettuce mix, 1/2 avacado, broiled herbed chicken breast with some apple cider vinegar.
I stuffed whatever I could in a lifesmart wrap and am working in the rest as a salad

Made the cobbler. Kids loved it, but they had ice cream with it. It showed 182 calories per serving. I had 1/4 cup. Yum.
