Cookbook Recommendations?

Any healthy cookbook recommendations out there? Hubs is a very picky eater, and I am currently breast feeding. I find it hard to get in my daily nutrients and caloric intake. I've decided that I'm going to have to start fending for myself - he's a fast food type of guy as he works full-time/overtime...and I'm a stay at home health junkie. We recently moved and I left all of my decent cookbooks down in Arizona - awesome....

Edit: I am looking for quick meals and things that I can portion and freeze for later. Also juicing and smoothie books. :}

hey Madison!!
im a home healthy cooking person since ever..yet, i dont like sticking to a recipe...a morph everything to my tast
i dont have a book to recomend..but there are many websites that have good healthy recipes:

I use bbc good food website, search function and options to filter by ease, calories etc. It often has tips for freezing etc.
Epicurious is a good free recipe app, you can filter or search by ingredients too.
Ive seen some fab dale pinnock (medicinal chef) recipes. Ive ordered his book but not got it yet, fingers crossed i love it.
Good luck, and remember its easy to adapt a recipe x

I am loving the 20 minute or less recipes from the e cookbook on the Low Histamine Chefs' blog. All the ingredients are health building, and it's laid back. Swap ingredients as you like. I hate following recipes, but this is quick and easy - perfect when the kids are hungry.
