Meal suggestions please?

Okay so 3-4 days out the week, i am working from 5 pm to 5 am. Need some good healthy meals that wont break the bank but at the same time keeps me full. Also non fatten as all my weight goes mainly to my butt and thighs :'(

You can buy whole wheat tortillas, rotisserie chicken, tomatoes and lettuce. You can make a chicken burrito stuffed with veggies.
I can imagine having hours like that can be very tiring.

Just experiment and I'm sure you come with stuff :) stay regular with your meals and I think you should be okay :)
