What is the point of workout points?

I don't understand, how do you use them?

You don't actually use them. They're just there as an achievement. 

I don't really care for points but I care about the number of workouts. Trying to hit 100 before summer ends.

Basically, they can be used as a goal setter.

Fyi, some people take the point system very seriously and even question your activities. I only use it as a guideline of my daily activities and not trying to outdo someone. However some people think this is a competition and therefore can become resentful. I say this from experience as I was questioned by another member today.

Skimble should trade them for sweatband or gym items e.g. ropes gloves balls mats etc
