With in the week that I've been on here, I've lost 6 pounds and toned out my core section. This app is awesome and I can not wait to see where I come

I've been on a all fruit and vegetables diet. No sweet drinks either just green tea and water.

Maybe try working in a form of protein into your diet. Fruits and vegetables are great but you need a source of protein be it from powder or meat/beans

I'm actually rasta so I don't eat meat..so how do I put the protein I need back in my body?

Beans or powders are your "whey". Ha get it......it's a joke. Anyways, yeah beans and whey protein then.  You need it to build back and to beef up your metabolism.
