Maybe try working in a form of protein into your diet. Fruits and vegetables are great but you need a source of protein be it from powder or meat/beans
Beans or powders are your "whey". Ha get it......it's a joke. Anyways, yeah beans and whey protein then. You need it to build back and to beef up your metabolism.
