It's a new year, and there comes resolutions whats yours? Mine is to exercise patients and let things work themselve out instead of seeking out moments of instant gratification.

Since September 2014 been weight loss journey lost 23 lbs have 30 more . I am working out 4 days week for 90 minutes and weighs 2 times week and eat healthy enough that is been lifestyle changes are normally adjusted now. My day's off are Monday's for stretching and reading.
