Trying to gain some weight and muscle.

Eat well, 6 or 7 meals a day, lift big for low reps, highs sets on compound exercises like squats and bench etc and higher reps and lower sets on smaller muscle groups biceps, calfs etc and get good sleep at least 7 hours, thats it in its simplest terms no quick guide just time, currently doing the same and working well

Thanks Brianog, what should I avoid eating. I'm taking this serious.
