Different calorie count same workout?

Usually workout trainer shows the same amount of calories burned for the same workout. Sometimes, like today, it shows a different amount. I could see this if I were skipping a set byt I'm not. Why does it do this?

Don,t go by that, buy a polar heartrate monitor , it will be more accurate and reliable.

Yeah it's not that accurate.  Told me i burned 501 calories doing 41min of yoga lol

I'm thinking it could be due to time. If I paused the workout, the time is longer so the program assume I did a longer workout and increases the calories burnt.

I did 。 40 mins elptical today, said i burned 500 calories,.i don t know how accurate it is.

I agree.. You need a hrm for the most accurate calorie count.

Because you do the workout a lot and your body gets use to it, therefore it burns less calories
