I've read around that morning workouts definitely help you burn down fat and slim quickly.
I always start off with Hit Me with a Carbo Burn to get the day started. Its about 7 mins of running and jogging. I throw in a few more cardio workouts to finish the morning.
Then in the late afternoon, I do ab and leg workouts. All-around Abs, Abs Attack, Gogo Gadget Legs, and Thankful Thighs are my faves. (Thankful Thighs being the most difficult and intense for me.)

It's ALL diet! You can diet and not exercise and still get results.
Exercise is a just an added bonus.
Broccoli, oatmeal, green tea, spices and grapefruit should especially be eaten. Add in 30 minutes to an hour of exercise 3-4 times a week and you should be loosing weight in no time!
