Cardio before workout

Is it necessary to do some cardio before working out? Or it's fine to start workouts without cardio?

I would always warm up before a workout by doing some cardio. It's gets the blood flowing and brings your heart rate up, so that you can burn more fat through out your workout.

For how many minutes do you do some cardio?

Depends on your goals, but it's always good to warm-up before working out.at the very least, stretch. :)

I never do cardio before my workouts. But i do warm up pretty good. What kind of workouts are you doing?

I would like to work on my inner thighs and lower abs, but any workout will do for me, i'm just kinda lazy to start with some cardio. And i thought not starting with cardio will not have a good results

Work on thigs and lows abbs as in getting away of the fat at those places?

I stretch, cardio, then workout. As someone else said, it warms your body and gets blood flowing. Basically it pumps you up, just make sure it's not too intense or else you won't be able to perform well in your workout.
