I am a lazy person..... I want to loose wight I was doing good the first month but then I kinda stopped... I need help

Just try to get motivated like your losing weight because u want to be on a team or try to fit in your new short short or get ready for the bikini i know because that happens to me a lot good luck

Set weekly goals....
Cut out soda or sugar for the first week and concentrate on that. Or set a goal to do 3-5 days of cardio for the first week. Once you master something you add on. The key is to make small changes, then it's not so overwhelming.
I try not to dwell on the amount of weight or inches I need to lose and just strive each week to make a better choice or add an exercise to mix it up
