I have had this app forever had a ton of points and was a pro+ member. When my credit card info changed it cancelled my membership and every time I tried to get it back it told me I still had the membership but it wasn't let me use it! I uninstalled and started over with a new email. If anyone knows how to change payment information plz let me know. I contacted skimble but I haven't heard back. I'd like to know in case this happens again. I lost all my favorite workouts and history for a 2 year period. Very frustrating but I love this app so here I am again! Lol
