Hey Eli. I feel it is possible for a man to get bigger in 12weeks. But u have to work hard for it,also depends on your body shape,metabolism,how easy u CNN naturally put on muscle mass. Increase metabolic rate firstly,heavy weights less reps,increase protein intake as well as green leafy vegetables. When weight lifting isolate 2 body parts a and focus on them. Last 5wks drop a meal to slow metabolism slightly which will encourage weight gain. As long as you eat clean u shld b fine.
Well it's kinda hard to see cos it's the size of a thumbnail lol. Bt from wot I can c u have rockn abs n nice toned arms. Personally I DNT thnk huge is hot!!

If you want to get bigger. Eat, eat and eat. And next to this hit the weights like a maniak!
Do cardio but not distance bc that makes you smaller, do sprints. It runs on fat and makes muscle bigger. It keeps your muscle worked and your heart healthy.
You may not consider it, but some protein shakes don't help with gains. Go to a nutrition shop like GNC or a local one & they will help you identify the right brands for your fitness goals.
Cryo Sport for instance, is more effective for losing weight & toning than gaining muscle.
