How do you know if you have shin splints....?? My left shin sometimes feels like a match stick about to snap in half when I jog sometimes.... kinda aches from time to time.. any advice would be much appreciated! :-)
Btw... if its gets to feeling to bad... I take a rest day...

Stop doing high impact cardiovascular training for 2 weeks. Ice and stretch your I injury in meantime do seated leg exercises at high rep low weight in supersets and while icing do leg lifts
