I just want to eat healthy because I like the size I am im skinnnyy and tiny and Im fearing to gain weight. Expect on my period, so what food can I eat to not make me feel more bloated and a food that help me with my cramps and even exercises. Guys I get BAD cramps and this month since im back in school I want to get through this cramps please help

For the cramps, eat bananas because the potassium in them soothes achy muscles (like cramps) and as for the bloating, stay away from salty foods because they make the body retain water at times. Hope I helped :)

If you want to get rid of cramps, here's a weird but true tip. Consume ginger! Whether it's ginger tea or ginger in your food, it will totally help. I had gotten into ginger tea a while back. I drank a cup every night. For months I didn't get cramps even when I stopped drinking the tea
