I eat and eat cant stop it my stomach is a big hole thankfully i dont get more weight :) but how long :/

If you get a chance look up a program called noom, its free and it will help you eat healthy foods that will make you eat less

More water, more protein, more fiber, more good fat, less carbohydrates, less sugars.

Totally agree. I used to be that girl with the appetite of 2 grown men. When I cut the sugar n carbs n ate my protein, fiber n fats.. now get fuller quicker n for longer. Who knew a simple chicken avo salad drizzled with olive oil could be so satisfying

Get checked for a tapeworm... rare in America but can happen. If it seems like you really can eat and eat and eat and not gain weight it could be a tapeworm or you just have a high metabolism. Maybe medication too.

Ariana has it right. You should eat enough carbohydrates to fuel your day and no more. eliminate as much sugar as possible. sugar is actually what makes you hungry most of the time.

Try using glucomannan
supplements before meals they help satiate appetite  lower leptin levels don't forget to load up on veggies and cut back on sugar

Whole grains slowly digest, keep you fuller longer. Whole grain bread, brown rice. I know the taste at first isn't good but as you make it part of your eating habits, it does the body good.
