I just had a baby two months ago and want to be 100 -120 lbs. I just need advice on how to make the process faster.
Nothing happens fast, there are no shortcuts, workout and eat healthy (lean meat, fruits, nuts and veggies - cut out breads, nothing fried) and drink water, no beer, no alcohol, no soda - if you're not willing to make lifestyle changes (dieting NEVER works) , then don't count on losing any weight
