It is extremely cold were I live at the moment and my jogging just got me in danger of illness ... And I have been rapping up warm ... Any tips on how I can do my morning and evening jogs without freezing my nuts off ... If not what should I replace it with ?

Wrapping* lol and how about a treadmill inside?if it's concrete ur running on then ur doing more damage to ur body causing shin splints so maybe invest in a gym with a rubber track:-)

Lol now I'm embarrassed about my spelling ... Thanks btw and can't afford one yet ... My local gyms have treadmills but no rubber track ... I have been using concrete areas and wooded areas ... By that I mean like forests

Its getting cold here and I'm a Winnie when it comes to cold weather so I replace it with high intensity cardio workouts such as The A-Team or Cardio Fight Club HIIT or even MAX Tabata Test. Hope this helps
