What's the best way to get rid of love handles?

This may not work for u but it did for me. I did dumbell side bends and side planking. The side planking I did everyday. I still do them cuz they help. The workout rapid fire obliques that skimble made is also an awesome workout for love handles and belly fat. U may also want to do lots of high intense cardio. Im not sure how much love handles u have. Anyway hope that helps. Let me know how ur progress is going.
