Train and diet
Hi everybody! In some days I have to running in a race, and I never do it before. Some advice? Thank you all<3
Hi, hope you trained before at least a little bit!
For me the best way to achieve your race is to have a goal! A real one like : " finish the race in less than 3h"! If you have a goal you increase your chance of succes! Try to eat someting 2h30 before (like rice) and drink what before you fell thirsty! Eat a banana if you re realy hungry and don t drink to much during the race just hydrate yourself keeping water in mouth and spit the rest!
For the rest remember the mind control the body! In an aerobic effort the only thing that can make you stop is your mind!

You re welcome! If your not well trained go easy at the begining remembre the turtle win the race not the rabit! run at your own rythm and try to fix you a goal like : "do the race without walking"
