If you can't run 3km now, build up to it this week. By next Monday try to hit 2.5 km. Wed reduce your training and next Thursday go very light only - warm up and stretches. But really Thursday try to rest, eat well and get good sleep. Good luck in the race!

Make sure you have a nice warm-out before running! It will keep you away from injury! And do not push yourself too hard :)

next friday I will run 3km for a 'mini-marathon', some tips for me pleeeeeease? :)
