Did good for a month then fail
disappointed but picked up classes and I have a little support now so hopefull I can keep up with working out and myfitnesspal now . Any tips ??
Set a goal, everyone has setback here and there. I kind of like the programs on here because they always remind me if I'm feeling lazy or just forgetful. Try setting reminders, write out a list of goals and leave it the places you feel the most lazy(usually a room you spend most spare time in).
