I am having a horrible time with motivation. I don't know why.

N ive typed n retyped d text do many times.. Man I dont even know how to motivate...still m trying.. I feel motivated going to shopping.. Trying out clothes.. Makes me feel I shud loose a bit.. N m motivated..actually no one can b motivated unless u urself arent ready... So think abt d reason of ur working out... Make goals n just start wid it.. A work well started is half done!!!

I look at some of my friends on IG or facebook pics. they lose weight and random ppl pic and seen how they lost weight too.
