Targeting Specific Areas
Okay, so basically what I noticed is I'm pretty unproportioned.
I have a larger chest and slightly pudgy abdomen
but then my thighs are extremely muscular but then my butt is flat and i have toothpick calves.
My arms are toothpicky as well.
(It's honestly not too noticeable except for my chest that stands out like crazy for some reason)
Can anyone suggest a diet/excersizes that'll get me a little more proportioned?
I have access to very little excersize equipment.
