20 - 25 min every 2nd, 3rd day
Hey. I am lot busy this year with my new job (professor) and my MA, so I simply dont have time to train. I have reduced my training to 20 min (HIIT) every second, third day, so I am wondering, will that keep me in shape? Thanks

What kind of hiit workouts?
How much kcal do they burn?
What is your food consumption?
Do you want to keep ur mass or just keep the fat ?
Bet when you answer those for yourself, you alrdy have an answer.
