Hey. I am lot busy this year with my new job (professor) and my MA, so I simply dont have time to train. I have reduced my training to 20 min (HIIT) every second, third day, so I am wondering, will that keep me in shape? Thanks

Lol, a proffessor asking a question we cant answer. Quite ironic.

What is in shape?
What kind of hiit workouts?
How much kcal do they burn?
What is your food consumption?
Do you want to keep ur mass or just keep the fat ?

Bet when you answer those for yourself, you alrdy have an answer.

Hiit tabata method. (burpees, jump rope, push ups, or heavy bag). Bodyweight. I don't want mass, I want to be fit. I eat when I am hungry, so dont care much about diet. Thanks for trying to answer me. 2 reasons you cant understand professor: 1. He gives an answer, dont asks :), 2. My English isnt good. Sorry
