Please suggest me some diet plan which i can do it easily as a student...i'm only 18 years old and doesnt do heavy work...

Go for short and intense workouts. A suggested one is a workout where you do maximum number of circuits in ten minutes. Everytime try and do more and more number of circuits. The circuit is as follows: 15x jumping jacks 15x prisoner squats 15x push ups 15x lunges 15x burpees Rest 30-60 seconds after each circuit

Now once u are performing this one u can go for six small meals with small portions. You may eat almost anything if u follow the exercise program. It sounds like a lot of work but actually is quite easy and fulfilling.
