10 hour work-out

Today I almost reached the 10 hour work-out to do this you need time and lot of water so make sure you have these to get started
●cloth
●time
●water
●7minute break
So if you are going to do this be carefull and safe about this and also make sure you stretch before this. Make sure you comment and try this out if you really want to lose weight. Today I lost 15pounds. When you try it, comment your experiences.

Obviously 15 pounds of water weight. If it was 15 pounds of fat, I would have been working out this whole weekend !
