Well there is no magic surgery, pills, or workout to increase height. Basically, you are tall or short depending on your genes. Men stop growing around 25, and women 21. Soo, if ur there, looks like that'll be the height ur stuck with. There are things like smoking that will stunt your growth, so eliminate that. Other than that, that's abt it.

here's a tip: ask someone taller than you to pull you up by the hair for 10 minutes every day. Try that for 6 months and let us know how it goes.
