Help with breathing

So I've been working out 5 times a week for about an hour a day for the last month and I don't think I'm controlling my breathing correctly. At first I thought it was just because I was really out of shape and was new to working out. But here a month later I still feel like I can't breath about half way into my workout. So I must not be controlling it properly. Can some one please help explain to me how I should be controlling my breathing the right way? I really appreciate the help :)

Dear friend...

It is really very simple....
Just When ever you contract your mussels or lift the weights release the breath with full intensity and when ever you expand or release the weight just breath in and when you stop workout breath naturally...
