I have been struggling to lose arm fat. Does anyone know any good arm workouts without much equipment ?!
I don't think u can just train the fat off in ur arms (only). U need to reduce the body fat overall and by doing this u do more arm training like dips , plank , push ups etc... I've created a workout named 'Hookah' it's a full body workout. It could help u to burn more fat in a short time. So u can try this and add some arm exercises
