Guys I need your help I wanna know the best exercises for saggy knees and also to get rid of fats round the knees!

I wish you could target where you want to burn fat from. I would just keep up the exercising and stay on top of healthy eating habbits. But all the prior leg exercises will totally help build muscle in that area which will help meet you half way.

Hey, I would try quad clenches, straight leg raises , and of course lots of arcs. I know bc I recently had knee surgery, and my doctor told me these exercises will tighten muscles around knee. Hope this helps :)

I train a lot of woman that want to tighten that fat up. I would love to learn these workouts for them if you dont mind explaining how to do the ones mentioned? Thanks!
