Guys I need your help I wanna know the best exercises for saggy knees and also to get rid of fats round the knees!
Hey, I would try quad clenches, straight leg raises , and of course lots of arcs. I know bc I recently had knee surgery, and my doctor told me these exercises will tighten muscles around knee. Hope this helps :)
