Fasting workout

Can you guys advise me,what workout can i do in month of fasting ?

Just don't do anything strenuous or with high intensity. If i were you i would just do yoga until the month is over. Good luck.

My major problem is tummy .. So if I do plank in month of fasting ,do  you think its can be work?

Just follow your normal workouts. You May want to place them in the morning where you got the energy or in the evening where you can eat right after. It's really not going to be much of a problem :)

At least that's what my friends do doing Ramadan.
