I was wondering after you eat how many hours or minutes should you wait to workout after you eat? Does it matter if the meal is heavy?
Generally it's 2-3 hrs. .. but for some ppl it may be longer or may be faster. Also, depends on what you eat. So like if I eat a piece of fruit, I can workout within 30 or 45 minutes. If I had chicken well I'm going to have to wait till that 3 hr mark. Just try it out. Eat something, then workout using that general time frame and if you get nauseated or cramps well then u gotta wait longer.
Mainly it depends upon what you ate example many people eat a banana before workout because banana is digested slowly and releases energy slowly
