Hi, I'm new to this app. I'm used to running instead of all round strength exercise and I have bitten off more than I can chew with the program that I chose. Barely got a third of the way through my first session and I had to throw in the towel. I've picked one more suited to a beginner now, but is there a way to remove the other more difficult program so that I don't get notifications when a session is about to begin? Cheers.
Figured it out. Button with a picture of sliders on it at the top of the program's screen. You can choose your time to do each session, but right at the bottom there's a big button that says "leave program". Done.
