Hello iam 170cm iam mosst of time not home so i eat fast food alot plus i smoke hookah daily for 2 hours -+ and i am 62kg i want to hit 70kg to what should i do and +am semi pro gamer online i skip lots of meals

Drink 4 pints of full fat milk a day and eat at least every 3 hours. Preferably plenty of protien. I was 144lbs i am now 156 lbs in 2 months alone.

Well, muscle weighs more than fat so I suggest lifting and working out.

Alright thanks alot for your advice but every 3 hours? :(  will do the milk thing.

Its easier if u prep the day before. My typical day is
7am- protien shake, fruit
10am- 2 eggs
12-1pm sarnie/wrap & fruit
3-4pm chicken breasts
6-7pm family meal
9-10pm toast with topping (i.e. Peanut butter)
All easy prepared foods
