When.you feel pain

After working out next day you feel pain in arms or w.e should keep training or take rest?

Work out every other day and do cardio on off days

Taking rest is very crucial for the body.. When u feel pain after 2 to 3 days of workout, the muscles are actually damaged.. They need time to repair.. So take rest.. U can do stretching exercise if u want or focus on different muscles each day.. And important-Eat high protein diet... It will help muscle repair faster and muscle size will increase..
