Why am I shaking?

Hello everyone!
I have some weird shaking problems and I'm hoping that someone will be able to help me.
So whenever I'm going to do I start to shake.I do one push up and then I start to shake,but when I reach 50 push-ups I start to shake like crazy like I'm scared of something.Also when I do arm wrestling or whatever its called with someone my hand just start to shake like crazy.I don't know what is the problem.

Sorry for bad english,english ia not my main language so it's kinda harder to explain.

If you've been shaking that long you need to see a doctor even if it's only to  get peace of mind that it's not neurological. Shaking is natural if you're cold or nervous, anything else you could have a problem.

Do you contract the muscles in your arm? That can cause shaking. When you next try doing pushups try to relax your arms and see if that helps. Otherwise I agree with other comments that you might want to get it checked out. Good luck!

That can be a problem yeah.
I'm a really not relaxed person, I have a lot of problems and I can't stop thinking about them.And i always feel like someone is watching me,never comfortable.
I don't know how to relax.I can't even sleep normally.

Hi Alan, I use to have this problem. I realised I put to much tension to my hands while working out. After consulting fitness experts, they advised me to not force pressure and relax. It worked for me but if you still encounter this problem, as said by others, see a medical specialist.
