Advice For My Goal?

I play soccer (midfielder) during spring & fall because I'm fast. I get tired really easily though, which is a problem. So I want to be able to run for longer time but still be fast. Any advice on how I can achieve this?

Look for some good speed/endurance workouts like Float Like A Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee or add Burpees to your regular workouts. You might also look into HIIT workouts!

Go jogging regularly and eat healthy.
