I want to gain weight because i'm thin ...Any advice?

Heavy weights and eat over 6000 calories a day. Get there in no time. But don't eat junk. Lots of protein. Plain chicken breasts.

Also change your workout routine like every 2 weeks. Works for me, gained 20+kg of weight in 2years.
