Im not new to working out but im kind of just hoping for someone to help me out in my journey (a sort of trainer) right now my biggest goal is to build muscle and tone up. Im also aspiring to be a yogi. So if you could shoot me some suggestions and help. (?) also.good luck to everyone else, you can do it.

My goal is to be toned! I started with yoga about 2 months ago and it is helping me very well with flexibility.
