How would you record swimming? Not sure how to do in my health app or on here.
Swimming is the best cardio there is it works your whole body without straining it there are even exercices you can do in water if your knees or back hurt usually

To be honest when I swim I like to enjoy myself whether it's getting up from the pool and jumping in over and over again or just swimming laps it's a great stress reliever and it's the only exercise where I don't count calories because I know no matter what I did I burned way more than I would've at the gym. Test your endurance and try to swim at least thirty minutes a day.
