What are some really good exercises that lead up to getting widder hips or a bigger butt ? What types of food are also good for this ?
Squats!!! Specifically focus on keeping your back straight. It helped me a lot. I have some booty naturally but I'm pretty straight through the hips and then thick thighs. That form is what gave me the hips. Squats with bad form only do butt and thighs no hips. I was noticeably wider when I changed my form. It's hard though!
O and side lunges!
