Hi im new just want to ask you which time is best and more good to do workout when i woke up in morning or at night.

Hi, best to work out is when you're hungry. No matter if morning or evening, if you work out with an empty tummy and eat the right food (low-carb, high-protein)like 20 mins afterwards, your body will turn these resources right into muscle.
