The gym I frequent has trainers who guide members on their workout schedule and routine. They aren't personal trainers, more like group trainers. So mostly I end up doing their recommended workout and bit the one from this app.
Is there a way to manually input these workouts I do into the app calendar so I can record it?

1) how do I add the workout to the previous day on the calendar?
2) do I need to run the workout to add it? Isn't there an option to just just add the work out without clicking "do workout"?
This adds it into another calendar app. Is there a way to add it into the workout app calendar itself?
So basically, I've completed the workout without the phone. Once i have the phone I create the workout and try adding it into the app but it adds this workout into a calendar in another app.
