I am just out hospital and I am looking to easily get back into workouts what's a good workout for bums?
I don't know what you were in the hospital for, hopefully your doing great now, but be sure to ease back in since your not going to be where you were. Something like stationary bike, or elliptical are good for both some cardiovascular work and toning muscles in your legs and glutes. Weight wise you can start with dumbell squats and lunges to get back into it.
