So going to get some preworkout powder and wanted to know what would be the best for a women to use

Everyone reacts differently to different pre workouts. My body got used to the c4, muscle Pharms ion3, and n.o. xplod. And very quickly. I was taking jack3d micro which works and now I'm taking white heat by redline and I like both of those. You could get some pre workout samples from supplement stores. Basically you're going to have to try some out to see how YOU react to them. Hyde helped my buddy but made me sick. Check out different things and see what works best for you! Good luck

I've had great results from Havoc, C4, Hemavol, and Amino Energy.  I don't think gender plays too big a role in its effectiveness.  Just remember to change it up every once in a while.
